The Kappa Mu Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi

The Kappa Mu chapter was founded on April 4, 1981 at the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. Since the chapter’s founding, over 800 business administration, economics, and industrial technology students and faculty members have been initiated into the Kappa Mu chapter. Lead by the Alpha class President, Pamela Susan Cosart, thirty-four enterprising business students participated in the founding of the chapter based on three pillars: Professionalism, Community Service, and Brotherhood.

Professionalism

Whether it is planning large campus-wide events to learning how to effectively interact with employers, our fraternity pushes each brother to be a stronger, smarter, and more effective leader in the professional world. Led by our Vice President of Professional Activities, Kappa Mu strives to provide each brother with a wealth of knowledge and opportunities to give them the resources and skill set they need to reach their personal goals and aspirations. With the skills they have gained, alumni and current brothers have received offers to work for their dream company including Deloitte Consulting, Merrill Lynch, and the San Francisco Giants.
